The Molding Production Supervisor will be based in Zhuhai.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

 To set up a high efficiency team to achieve diverse of targets 设立一个高效团队以达到各种目标 To facilitate on commitment in order to meet order delivery dates and quality standards at minimum cost. 促进以最低成本满足订单交货日和质量的承诺 Be responsible for development and implementation of all production functions 负责制定和实施所有生产职能 To plan and monitor manufacturing activities with full responsibilities for quality, cost and delivery 计划和监控生产过程，对质量、成本和交货具有完全责任 To coordinate with relevant departments to resolve on quality, engineering, materials and human resources. 同相关部门协调解决质量、工程、物料和人员问题

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Senior high school degree or above.
• 高中以上学历
• Skilled Molding production process knowledge
• 熟练注塑生产流程知识
• Can use methods as 5C/5D/8D or FMEA, to analyze or deal with quality/process problems or customer complaint.
• 能用5C/5D/8D或FMEA方法分析或处理品质/工艺问题或客户投诉
• Be familiar with knowledge of Lean, JSA, RoHS, ISO and EHS etc.
• 熟悉Lean, JSA, RoHS, ISO和EHS等知识
• Relevant working experience above two years.
• 至少3年以上相关工作经验
