The Program Administrator will be based in Zhuhai.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Involved in Quotation, Cost analysis.
• 协助项目经理报价和成本分析。
• Maintain and manage project implementation plan.
• 协助项目经理管理项目计划。
• Lead and coordinate functional depts. to make sure programs are meeting customer’s requirement and internal requirement.
• 协调和领导项目团队，确保项目满足内外部客户要求。
• ERP system maintenance, including BP and vendor code set up, standard cost maintenance, invoice and payment application, sample delivery and shipping arrangement etc.
• ERP系统维护，包括建立客户 code和供应商code，标准单价或成本的维护，申请付款，样品的生产和出货安排等。
• Cooperate with relative parties to collect information for decision-making.
• 与相关部门合作，为项目决策收集相关信息。

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Associate degree and above, major in electronic or mechanical
• 大专以上学历，电子或机械相关专业
• 2+ years related working experience with manufacturing environment
• 2年以上制造行业项目相关工作经验
• Familiar with MS office and ERP experience, preferably with BAAN system
• 熟悉运用办公软件和企业管理软件,了解 BAAN 系统优先
•  Good command of English
• 具有良好的英文读写及表达能力
• Good communication skills
• 具备优秀的沟通协调能力
• Ability to handling project or program independently.
• 能独立负责小型的项目
