The SMT machine programmer will be based in Zhuhai.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

·             Verify completeness of customer supplied PCA documentation files.

·             Create Assembly Drawings and DNI lists from customer supplied CAD files.

·             Program Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines.

·             Verify First Article Assembly.

·             Debug SMT programs.

·             Run SMT machines.

·             Inspect boards produced for component alignment, missing components, incorrect or  damaged components, component orientation, and solder joint quality.

·             Manually install missing components.

·             Transfer completed assemblies to the next work station.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

·       Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.

·       Fluent oral & writing English is required to communicate with internal & external.

• Knowledge and ability to setup, verify and change component in Siemens and Fuji Feeders.
• Knowledge and ability to validate Siemens and Fuji program and kitted parts.
• Knowledge of Component Identification and correct part polarity marking.
• Knowledge of bill of materials, assembly drawings, product specific documentation, work instructions, and other general documents.
