The Design Engineer/CNC machinist will be based in Zhuhai.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

·     Planning of machining work, determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, and      determine product dimensions and tolerances;                                                                                                                     对机加工工作作出计划，确定产品加工工序和方法，确定产品尺寸和公差；                                                                                  ·       Providing engineering data for quotation reference;                                                                                                                为机加工报价提供工程数据；                                                                                                                                                ·       Select the appropriate tools, machines, and machining parameters to be used;                                                                      选择合适的机加工刀具和机器，以及加工工艺参数；                                                                                                              ·       Design fixtures, tooling, and experimental parts to meet special engineering needs;                                                             设计治具、工具以及实验部件以满足特定工程需要；                                                                                                           ·       Programming of CNC machine, operation of CNC machining centers.                                                                                     CNC加工的程序编写以及CNC加工中心的实操.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Skilled in using of CAD software like AutoCAD, UG NX, PTC Creo, Solidworks, CAM software like MasterCAM, PowerMill or HyperMill, etc;                                                                                                                                            熟练使用AutoCAD，UG NX，PTC Creo，Solidworks等CAD软件，以及MasterCAM，PowerMill，HyperMill等CAM软件；
• Skilled in reading engineering drawings;                                                                                                                         能熟练审阅、准确理解产品工程图；
• Extensive experience on programming of 3-axis CNC machining centers;                    对3轴CNC加工有广泛的经验；
• Extensive experience on machining of Steel, Aluminum, Plastics and Polymer Composites;                                          对钢材、铝材、塑料和电木等复合材料有广泛的加工经验；
• Familiar with Brother, Fanuc, GF machining centers and Heidenhain system;                                                                熟悉Brother, Fanuc, GF加工中心以及Heidenhain系统；
• Familiar with cutting tools and know how to choose a right cutting tool;                                                                      熟悉切削刀具并知道如何选择合适的刀具
