The Sr  Program Administrator will be based in Zhuhai.

岗位职责

• Assist program manager from new project coming until mass production.
• New customer account setup
• Follow up NPI schedule (including tooling, fixture, special build...) and solve any issues
• Push engineering team to complete BOM/OI/II, complete PPAP & qualify product/process.
• Review Cus. demand/CTB and work with material planner to raise special request for purchasing during NPI stage,
• Work with purchasing & customs & logistic team to complete e-book & maintain FCCP
• Manage Cus. PO, apply budget, raise MISC SO, update PO& budget tracker weekly.
• Update shipping plan & follow up shipment
• Assist manager to follow up APQP                       
• Assist FOL preparation & corporate with Finance for regular account checking
• Others assigned by manager

岗位职责

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
• No less than 5 years of program management or customer service experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
• Fluent oral & writing English is required to communicate with internal & external.

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
