The 高级工业工程师Senior IE Engineer will be based in Zhuhai.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Setup, maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study, line balance and H/C configuration etc.;
• >项目工时，人力标配，产线平衡率等IE基础数据体系的建立，维护和改善；
• Design overall workshop layout, production line layout, make line set-up schedule and drive team to meet timely;
• >规划车间总体布局，设计生产线。制定产线建线计划并统筹各部门如期完成；
• Production line capacity analysis, equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast and planning;
• >生产产能，设备夹具需求及人力需求评估；
• Manage machine utilization, Direct labor utilization, coordinate team to take actions and drive performance improvement;
• >设备效率和人员效率的评估和改善推进；
• NPI support for layout and material flow design, optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC configuration;
• >NPI 导入和跟进。负责产线布局设计，调整和优化；积极推动流程改善和工位的平衡调整, 达到设定目标UPH和人力配置；
• Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency;
• >通过应用IE方法和工具，推动持续改进，消除浪费，节约成本，提升效率。

                                                    

    

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• At least 5 years work experiences in IE or related Engineering
• >5年以上工业工程或相关工程领域工作经验
• Can read and write in English
• >具备英语读写能力
• Have a good command of office software and Auto CAD
• >精通办公软件和Auto CAD
