The Senior Molding Engineer 高级注塑工程师 will be based in Zhuhai 珠海 .

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Establish and improve process capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.
• Improve throughput in constrained areas.
• Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
• Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
• Implement Scientific Molding process to get better efficiency & productivity.
• 负责新项目的前期工作，不止于：PFMEA的输入及对工艺的预防改善计划/DFM的输入/生产工艺的梳理及OI的规划
• RFQ阶段，提供合理的工程数据：如周期、人员及产品合格率
• 于试模前期对注塑工艺的评估：如吨位、抽芯及其他特殊要求，螺杆、辅助设备、EOAT等的建议
• 负责对新模具工艺的开发，用科学成型方法试验；以保证产品对设计、各项技术要求、运营成本的满足
• 与工程TE，品质QE以及项目PA合作，完成新项目的试验、验证计划
• 输出新模试验的问题报告并提供改善建议
• 负责持续改善，如：产出、品质及设备利用率
• 负责做好模具试验中/后的现场“5S”
• 完成上司指派的其他任务

• Bachelor’s Degree / Good written English
• 12 years molding experience in Mechanical/Tooling Industry
• Rich Analyst and problem solve skill and technical background
• Familiar with Scientific Injection Molding and application
• Good Team player
• 大专文化/英语流利读写能力
• +12年EMS模具行业及精密注塑产品成型经验
• 丰富的分析及解决问题的工程能力背景
• 熟悉Scientific Injection Molding 及运用
• 非常好团队精神
