As a Support Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an auxiliary service to a Business Unit/Division/Country or Group. Engaging internal customers and drive efficient services in various administrative areas, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Company Manager, you will perform tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Providing a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively.
- Performing tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for improvement.
- Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reports any shortcomings and areas for improvement

- Basic Technical Application with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Full scope of day to day support services operations.
- Providing guidance to less experienced. Extensive internal & external coordination
- A college and above degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordinating skill
- Good team-working spirit and ability to work independently under strong pressure
- Result-oriented mindset and focus on daily execution
