As a Production Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring daily maintenance management and monitoring equipment performance, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you will improve production efficiency by optimizing equipment and fixture from overall point of view.

- Studying new equipment & new technology to prepare for the automation & intelligent factory
- Ensuring daily maintenance management and monitoring equipment performance. Safety owner and TPM management and implementation on equipment
- Analyzing failure and quick trouble shooting ASAP and improving equipment availability
- Improving production efficiency by optimizing equipment and fixture from overall point of view
- Implementing effective RCA to track improvement performance
- Setting up effective KPI's to follow up equipment downtime reduction and cost saving
- Setting up new production line together with Industrial Engineering team for intelligent manufacturing
- Managing Spare parts to balance cost and safety stock

- 5+ years of experience in intelligent manufacturing, equipment development, equipment automation and related field
- Very good electrical safety sense and fully understand on electrical safety rules
- Sound knowledge of Intelligent Manufacturing (lean production, automation)
- Familiar with electrical control principle, PLC system, serve motor control
- Good knowledge in medium voltage switchgear is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation
- Fluency in oral and written English
