Description:
1. Support Production
—Trouble shooting in daily production
— Update the working instructions base on new quality or technical requirement
—Train trainer base on production requirement
—Optimize the production process to reduce the quality defect
—Production database maintenance
—Maintenance BOM and routine in SAP
2. Improve productivity
—Improve operation method by MTM analysis
—Improve process internal line by LADM methodology
—Improve process between different lines by MPH
—Improve process flow by optimizing layout, material position…
3. Capacity study and monitor
—Base on the newest forecast from logistic, do the capacity study to see the gap between them and find solution. Improve process internal line by LADM methodology
—Update capacity and enlarge it by temporary method if something change
—Long term capacity expectation （3 years）, make an investment plan
4.lean
—Continuously improve the IE level in whole plant
Optimize the material handling process
Push logistic to improve raw material package size in localization project
Improve the old line architecture or design a new line architecture base on lean manufacturing concept
LADM, MTM, VSM and Ergo engineering
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical-electronics or Mechanics or Industrial Engineering
2.More than 3 years working experience as methods engineer
3.Understanding about switchgear manufacturing and testing is preffered
4.Lean manufacturing knowledge and skill，Good at written and spoken English,
5.Be proficient in AutoCAD。Interpersonal and communication skills

资格：
1.机械电子或机械或工业工程学士学位
2.三年以上方法工程师工作经验
3.对开关柜的制造和测试有一定的了解
4.精湛的制造知识和技能，擅长英语书面和口语，
5.精通AutoCAD。人际沟通能力
