岗位职责：

1. 撰写、翻译、维护和审阅打印机硬件和软件产品的中英文技术文档，包含用户手册、安装指南、服务手册和技术说明等；

2. 协助研发、QA等部门翻译中英文技术资料，辅助软件本地化，提供客户培训所需资料；

3. 维护技术文档追踪记录、产品文档表和文档模板，定期总结技术文档经验教训和撰写技巧，更新各类文档规范。

任职要求：

1. 英语专业本科及以上学历，硕士毕业者优先（技术背景英语水平较高者亦可）；

2. 英语专业8级或同等水平，读写流利，听说俱佳者优先，能熟练地使用中英文写作和表达内容；

3. 有较强的文档撰写、归纳总结、逻辑分析和文档编辑能力，有软件或硬件技术文档撰写经验者为佳；

4. 熟练使用各种办公软件，包括Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio等，熟悉结构化写作工具、翻译软件、图像编辑软件、版本/内容管理工具者优先；

5. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，良好的学习能力和技术理解力，注重细节。

Technical Writer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Create, translate, maintain and review technical documents of printer hardware and software products in both Chinese and English, including user's manual, installation guide, service manual and technical notes, etc.;

2.Cooperate with R&D and QA departments to translate technical materials, localize software elements, and provide training materials for internal staff and customer;

3.Maintain document records and templates, timely summarize lessons and tips learned about technical writing, and update document rules and standards.

Job Qualifications:

1.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in English with Master’s Degree preferred; technical background or work experience with excellent English skill is also qualified;

2.Qualified in TEM8 or English language skills of the same level; skilled in writing and content expression with both English and Chinese; excellent oral communication ability is a plus;

3.Strong document organizing, writing, analyzing, summarizing and editing ability; experience in technical writing for software or hardware products is preferred;

4.Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.; knowledge or experience in structured authoring tools, CAT software, image editing software and version/content management tool is an advantage.

5.Highly developed communication skills with a great sense of teamwork; good learning ability and understanding of new technical knowledge; attention to detail.
