职位描述
Be responsible for implementing the Buyco solution to our new customers/sub-contractors, in the first stage during the pilot phase, on a limited perimeter and, in a second phase, on the global contracted perimeter.
岗位职责:
1、Follow new customer during his platform onboarding depending on his responsibilities level (demo, remote or on site support)
-2、Quickly and efficiently answer questions from users requesting support
-3、Fully master the Buyco Platform along his evolution and be able to explain each functionality
-4、By the relevance of answers, accelerate the penetration of new customers and their loyalty
-5、Put in place action plans and continuous improvement initiatives to follow the growth of our customers
-6、Provide required needs of our customers to feed the BuyCo roadmap
-7、Onboard dedicated scope of customers (local handling agents, customer office, others) in quality and in due time as per agreed in the contract
-8、Set up accounts and prepare the platform to be ready for the running operations
-9、Drive autonomously day to day relationship with customers
-10、Drive milestones of pilot phases (weekly updates, monthly steerco meetings)
-11、Provide level of support for open queries in the respect of SLAs
任职要求:
1、A significant level of experience (minimum 5 years) in international seafreight activities within a freight forwarding company and/or in a large shipper company (i.e. exporter or importer)
-2、A strong appetite for technical and digital solutions (and perfect command of the solution after training phase)
-3、Good listening skills and the ability to adapt responses to customer needs; you like to explain with pedagogy, calm, seriousness and perfectionism
-4、Excellent interpersonal skills: with empathy, be able to forge fast and long lasting relationships with users
-5、Fluent English and Chinese both written and spoken is required, French is a plus
-6、A taste for challenges, determination, and endurance and an ability to work in a team (collaborative mode)
-7、Be able to contribute to the collective intelligence and to the increase of the technical knowledge of the company
-8、Be in touch with dedicated customers to drive their preparation and usage of the platform
-9、Be in touch with partners of his customer
-10、Provide support for open queries
-11、Participate in internal meetings
-12、Organize pilot milestones and follow them
