职责描述：

  

1. Establish, maintain and develop TJP QC lab management procedure and process

  

建立、维护、改进天津工厂质控实验室管理制度及流程

  

2. Drive daily incoming testing, finish good testing and supportive testing
负责日常的入厂检测、成品检测及支持性检测

  

3. Lead and/or support validation activities including clean room, production, QC methods etc.

  

领导和/或支持验证活动，包括洁净间、生产工艺、质控方法等

  

4. Perform knowledge and technology training to QC or other relevant personnel
对QC或其他相关人员进行知识和技术培训
5. Involve in investigation of customer complaint, production failure, defect materials etc.
参与客户投诉、生产故障及缺陷物料等问题的调查
6. Support TJP development and change of product and production, and other technical activities
支持天津工厂的产品及工艺的开发和变更，以及其他技术活动

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Biology, immunology, Pharmacy, Medicine and their related majors; Master degree is preferred

  

本科或以上生物学、生物工程、生物制药、医学检验及其相关专业学历；硕士学历优先
2. CET 6 or equivalent qualification，fluent oral and written English
英语六级或同等水平, 良好的英语口语及书写能力
3. 3 years or above laboratory experience with 3 years or over working experience in quality control; or 5 years or above laboratory experience with 1 year or above quality experience

  

三年以上实验室经验与三年以上质控经验；或五年以上实验室经验加一年以上质控经验；

  

4. 2 years or above working experience in IVD or Biopharma industry

  

两年或以上 IVD行业或生物制药行业工作经验

  

5. Clean room working experience is preferred

  

有洁净室工作经验优先

  

6 Working experience in global enterprise or oversea experience is preferred
