岗位职责：

1.根据集团发展战略和年度工作目标，负责市场部年度销售目标并确保完成；

2.负责建设和管理整个销售团队；

3.负责引导和控制市场销售工作的的方向和进度；

4.负责挖掘和整合公司所需的渠道资源；

5.参与公司重大销售合同的谈判与签订工作；

6.协助处理客户投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果；

7.控制销售成本，提高销售利润；

8.完成总经理安排的其它工作。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，食品相关专业优先

2.具备出色的管理能力和沟通技巧

3.能熟练使用办公软件

4.具备抗压能力，能适应出差
