We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will ????
??????????1. The headcounts is a backfill headcount for Tianjin Payment Service Hub Center.
2. With the operational needs of pament processig & customers services, the headcount is used for central team to retain the servcie quality and to manage the operational risks.
3.The position is responsible for handling onshore payment related work for centralization purpose which is out of migration scope due to job nature or regulatory requirements, such as follow-up, customer communication, global standards implementation, signature verification, local regulatory return and reporting, system checking, supporting document checking and filing, and etc.
4. The headcount is responsible to participate and organize various PSV centralization/streamline projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements?
???
Perform all payment related transactions accurately, promptly , skillfully and full responsibility. Ensure transactions are adhere to internal guidelines and external regulations.Be familiar with internal and external reguations,report any suspicious transactions to line manager immediately.
Provide high quality customer services and maintain professional customer relationship. Answer customers and customer groups' enquiries professionally and solve their problems tactfully. Keep customer information confidential. Be in charge of and report to line manager for customer feedback in time.
Maintain HSBC internal control standards,implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and main awareness of operation risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.Have strong sense of Anti-ML and implementation.
Back up other position under line manager's arrangement.
