Responsibilities:

1.       Handle daily purchasing activities of assigned vendors in support of China and North American operations

2.       Communicate and resolve issues related to material and inspection reports, and invoicing, payments, etc. 

3.       Maintain shipping/production schedule to generate requirements for manufactured and purchased parts while ensuring desired inventory levels are maintained.

4.       Release and track manufacturing orders.

5.       Coordinate and communicate with Inside Sales, Production, Shipping, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality and other business units to ensure production running smoothly.

6.       Receive goods in ERP system.

7.   Maintain inventory level. 

8.   Manage non-performing products disposal.

9.  Perform other related duties as assigned by Purchasing supervisor.

 

Requirements:

1.      University degree in business, commerce, Engineering or other related disciplines

2.      Fluent in written and oral English, strong communication, interpersonal and mathematical skills

3.      Excellent PC application knowledge.
