岗位职责

1. Design and maintain the tooling for injection molding to meet the requirements

2. Develop and maintain the relations between the outsourcing suppliers

5. Works directly with Toolmakers to assure the best design for tool construction and rate production

6. Coordinates the management of the external mold manufacturing building process from contract review through the formal

release to the manufacturing plants, to ensure timely design, build, sample and release to the production facilities

7. Works within a cross-functional team to resolve manufacturing problems prior to approving molds for release

8 Provides technical support and problem solving skills or assistance to Process Engineers for process improvement,

troubleshooting and corrective action

9. Works with Plant Staff to develop and implement overall manufacturing plan, including implementation of greed upon

performance objectives in cost reduction, work reduction and process improvement

10. Reviews mold design, using checklist for accuracy, with other mold designers, to do drawings and file management.

Assists in the maintenance of CAD/CAM software and hardware

11. Continues Improvement on daily work

12. Perform other tasks given by superior

任职资格

1. College degree or above，Engineering preferred.

2. More than 5 years experience in tooling design or manufacture, injection molding; manufacturing, automotive product

experience preferred.

3. New Project process knowledge related to tooling, injection molding automotive plastics industry preferred.

4. Strong communication skills. & Good leadership skills and understanding.

5. Manufacturing experience that includes:

a. Lean manufacturing concepts

b. Continuous improvement efforts

c. Performance management

d. JIT concept

e. Problem solving techniques

f. Kan Ban and value stream mapping

g. Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements

h. Ability to grow and adapt to changing business environment.

6. Available to work hours as dictated by business necessity, including weekend.

8. Available for travel as required by business necessity.

9. Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
