Job Responsible:

1. Responsible for new product introduce, process design(flow chart, PFMEA, layout, material flow),design/purchasing/release of fixture/tool. 

 2. Problem solving and improvement on site(process fixture). 

 3. Be responsible for ECM implement, prepare fixture and process, check bom, ensure ECM success .

 4. Be familiar of Poly/ISO foaming process, have experience of seat cushion is preferred. 

 5. Procurement of tools and machines for the production, also responsible for negotiate technical  specification ,pre-checking ,trial out and acceptance equipment /device and so on. 

 6. Cooperation at project teams, responsible for new project process development.

 7. Creating and changing process plans, Responsible for manufacturing process continuous improvement.  

8. Other work assigned by department supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. High morale and good team player.

2. Be familiar with truck seat products, production organization,prduction process and understanding customer's requirement and expectation.

3. Have AME experience.

4. Rich experience of process design and layout design.

5. Be good at MS office , and CAD skill.

6. Degree or above major in industrial engineering, Min. 5 years of work experience with （OEM tier1 supplier experience is a plus)
