Purpose and general responsibilities of the position:
Be responsible for the overall performance of WND project by outsourced model to 3rd party warehouse. Plan, organise, direct, and control all warehouse activities. Assists senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards. Has accountability for achieving prescribed company objectives about cost, productivity, accuracy, and customer service. Responsible for managing all aspects of customer requirements including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, shipping, system input, receiving & loading, P&L responsibility, rate requirements and development of incentive programs.

？ Operations: Ensures the development of systems and procedures for operating and managing physical facilities, human resources, and equipment in a profitable manner
？ Plan, direct and implement warehouse operations, procedures, and support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels
？ Labour Management: Direct the operation of the Warehouse Team to achieve prescribed objectives and standards
？ Develop and maintain a productive, motivated work force by ensuring effective training and development of distribution centre associates
？ Creates programs to counsel and discipline warehouse staff
？ Provides timely and appropriate performance reviews to stake holders
？ Customer Service: Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with all customers (internal and external)
？ Establish and improve customer awareness with warehouse supplier
？ Maintains records and reports to ensure customer service levels are being met
？ Develops and maintains strong partnership with customers and vendors to achieve financial results
？ Other Duties/ Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Ensures all customers objectives and standards are met regarding inventory accuracy
？ Has accountability for the inventory assets of the facility as it pertains to loss/damage
？ Safety/Housekeeping: Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate programs to ensure that all safety and housekeeping standards and objectives are met
？ Ensures compliance to regulations in regard to safety certification of forklift drivers, and HSSE guidelines
？ Equipment and Facility: Procures equipment and facility preventative maintenance services to assure efficient operations of all facets of the centre
？ Maintains suitable equipment and services to assure security of customer and warehouse assets
？ Has accountability for constantly improving the WMS to be simplified with workflow
？ Dynamically maintain SOP/IOP and continuously improve the process flow
？ Generate system report and do analysis based on customer requirement on regular basis
