Job Title: Senior Manager C&B
Report to: Asia C&B Director
Subordinates:3 Direct Reports
Position Focus:
Responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of Lear’s compensation and benefit programs. Ensure these programs support Lear’s strategic objectives, drive a culture of performance and meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead the China C&B team to provide professional C&B consultation for all businesses in China and HR operations for Engineering Centers and RHQ.
Job Description:
· Understand business needs for C&B, analyze and track the competitiveness of Lear total rewards to attract, retain and motivate high quality workforce;
· Implement and execute global reward initiative in China, such as annual salary review, annual incentive plan and other key projects. Participate in the ad-hoc global rewards project on behalf of Lear China;
· Improve understanding and knowledge of C&B through training and various communication for line managers and business HR team;
· Build up solid foundation and process for job evaluation, job matching, salary structures and market data interpretation;
· Review and align the benefits across locations and plants
· Support the Lear Recruiting team by developing competitive offers to attract the best talent but at an appropriate cost.
· Lead the continuous improvement of the centralized process and data quality for HR operations in RHQ and in-scope plants;
· Maintain strong and effective relationships with regional HR team;
· Oversee headcount and labor cost reporting as per business request. Partner with the Finance function to drive alignment with all budgets and forecasts.
· Proactively partner with the Asia HRIS team for system update, data quality and reporting.
· Employee Relations
· Monitor the trend and regulations on labor union, collective contract and other regulations that impact the employee relations in the local market;
· Ensure HR practice and policies are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

· Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefit. Consulting firm’s experience preferred.
· Expert knowledge of China employment law, regulatory and compliance requirements.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail.
· Proficient English language skill
· Proven leadership abilities and strong influencing skills with a track record of establishing credibility with senior leaders.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders in matrix organizations.
· Experienced working with a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to manage ambiguity.
