RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

· 全流程负责公司招聘工作，包括不限于职位定义、招聘信息发布、简历筛选、面试安排和薪酬谈判，背景调查等工作。

· 持续维护和开发招聘渠道和资源，如在线渠道、海内外院校和第三方猎头中介，确保招聘的整体完成效率。

· 负责实时根据业务的实际情况，整理优化岗位说明书，及时更新并确保其准确有效并与业务部门信息同步。

· 管理公司内部人才推荐的流程，信息发布，促进人才推荐奖励机制的有效开展。

· 负责校园招聘的年度计划与招聘策略实施，确保优秀潜力人才的引入与招募。

· 协助/参与雇主品牌的建设与管理，包括不限于通过微信，领英等社交媒体等传播员工的成长故事，加强校园关系维护，以提升雇主形象提升企业在人才市场的影响力。

· 负责整理优化岗位说明书，及时更新并确保其准确有效。

· 参与人才发展等其他重要人力资源季度/年度项目，例如但不限于人才盘点项目、人才发展计划、员工满意度调查等，并撰写方案书或报告汇总。

· 完成直线经理安排的其他工作任务。

· Responsible for the whole process of the recruitment, including but not limited to job definition, Posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and salary negotiation, background check etc.

· Continuously maintain and develop recruitment channels and resources, such as online channels, colleges and universities in/outside China and third-party headhunting agencies, to meet recruitment target.

· Responsible for optimizing the job description according to the business requirement time to time, ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness that keep the communications with the department managers.

· To manage the internal talent recommendation process and information sharing, and to promote talent referral reward mechanism.

· Responsible for the annual plan and recruitment strategy implementation of campus recruitment, ensuring the introduction and recruitment of excellent potential talents.

· Participate in building up employer branding, including but not limited to spreading the growth story of employees through WeChat, linkedin and other social media, to develop the campus relations, so as to enhance the employer's image and the enterprise's influence in the talent market.

· Participate in other important HR projects such as but not limited to talent inventory project, talent development plan, employee satisfaction survey, etc., and write proposal or report summary.

· Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS任职要求

· 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理/商务管理/英语专业优先考虑

· 4年以上年猎头和企业方招聘或人才寻访经验

· 良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力

· 对招聘各类岗位有较好的实践与经验

· 较强的学习力与抗压力，愿意接受挑战并交付结果

· 能够自信地沟通交流，主动热情积极正向，秉承团队协同合作的工作态度

· 具有主人翁与企业家精神
