Requirements and Qualifications:
1、Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical or electrical area; Refrigeration or Air-conditioning area knowledge will be preferable
2、Senior Commercial Project management experience with technical background
3、Related market and product knowledge and experience will be preferable
4、Holistic business understanding, and strong project driving and management capability
5、Excellent communication skills towards customer and organization with good English skill will be preferred
6、Proactive and strong Teamwork spirit

General Job Description:
Reporting directly to the China Sales Director and BA director, work tightly with the internal and external stakeholders, and responsible for accomplish the Rotary project according to the agreed objectives (incl. time and perspective, etc.)

Typical Responsibilities:
1、Together with BA director and the key stakeholders to identify the project objective, business strategy and perspective, as well as the frame, etc.
2、Managing the project set-up, proper progress and regular report with efficient communication and information sharing internally and externally.
3、To be the key driver from Secop side and set-up the cooperation model, contract, etc. with the external partner to ensure an appropriate new B to B consociation, and minimize the related commercial risk.
4、Driver of business cases in all dimensions and make tight follow-up with necessary evaluation and report
5、Be the value adding link between the two company Parties, as well as the related team/functions internally & externally (incl. management, purchase, R&D, sales, etc.) to ensure the smooth cooperation and coordinate along the project to fulfill the project objectives (incl. business goal, timing, cost, etc.)

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China.
