-General　Job　Description:
1、Resp. for supervising, assigning and supporting the work of the maintenance teams;
2、Resp. for inspecting work for completeness and quality;
3、Resp. for maintenance and optimization of facility and building, ensure the reliability and sustainability.

-Typical Responsibilities:
1、Coordinates shifts of technicians according to needs of production;
2、Work prioritization in case of a higher number of failures at the same time ;
3、Plans major repairs and coordinates weekend jobs;
Availability of people and material
Ordering special spare parts
Coordinates work activities with other departments;
4、Insures that all preventive maintenance is performed;
5、Maintains records of the jobs performed (MTTR, MTBF);
6、Controlling competence level of Maintenance Team (Skills assurance);
7、Make out / implement training to maintenance technicians, and their daily task planning and following up;
8、Compliance with Secop, local and international standards.
9、Maintain the utility systems in the company, including natural gas, electricity power, water, cooling and heating system, compressed air system, HVAC, lighting, generator, boiler, building, fire prevention equipment etc.;
10、Establish and update preventive maintenance plans for various systems, and implement the plan on time;
11、Oversee ongoing operations of the utility systems, ensure operating at the optimum efficiency;
12、Make out the purchasing plan of spare parts according to maintenance plan, and manage spare part stock;
13、Facility capacity/reliability related projects implementation and on site supplier management;
14、Special equipment management, including boiler and pressure vessels and gauges. Ensure the compliance with statutory safety regulations;

-Requirements and Qualifications:
1、Technical university education in mechanical or automatic engineering.
2、At least 5 years experience in maintenance of industrial manufacturing machinery.
3、Strong background in mechanical engineering, additionally in HVAC, cooling system and heating system,Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure and facilities management.
4、3 years Maintenance management experience.
5、Service-oriented, co-operative attitude, strong patience with repetitive work, good communication ability, working experience in foreign enterprise is preferred;
6、Good English listening and speaking ability, and be able to understand technical English.

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China.
