Role & Responsibilities:

-        Be responsible for BA management for identified regions under the guidance of line manager.

-        Contact with agency for operation handling including on boarding, off boarding, probation etc documents. Make sure to keep accurate record.

-        Manage BA leave records and attendance. Coordinate for relevant certificates including resigned letter, employee certificates etc.

-        Participate in regional organization chart and performance analysis and make sure the delivery with high quality by working with BP team.

-        Consolidates timely record for BA ER cases and keep record in the summary sheet by collecting information from regional sales team and BP team.

Requirements:

-        School student, bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources is a plus

-        Experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist is a plus

-        Fluent in English, both in oral and written

-        At least 3 days attendance a week, commitment for 6-12 months

-        Disciplined, mature, serious at work with positive and passionate engagement

Good communication skills, diligent and proactive with details
