Requirements:

• Bachelor or master  degree in Accounting/Economics
• Has a knowledge for latest estimation or budget
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in cost and project controlling. Experience from a multinational company is an advantage.
• Very good English communication both oral and written
• Broad Finance and CN GAAP knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
• High level of skills in excel/PPT and SQL data base, experience in using a Micosoft Dynamic AX is advantage
• Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self- motivated

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for financial analysis and project financial management for several function areas

NNIT provide a variety of IT services from development and application maintenance to infrastructure and server maintenance. We were established in China in the end of 2007 and currently employ more than 740 highly skilled professionals.

Challenges

You will work in local finance team as finance business partner create value to business. The position report to finance manager in our Chinese office .

You will work closely with project manager and SDM, but sometime he need work together function area director and AVP. You will also be involved in project groups and on an on-going basis help to improve the project management processes and communication between the finance unit and the business functional areas. Sometime you may need cooperation with global controller in European headquarter

Tasks includes:

l  Follow up sales order entry and revenue pipeline etc accordingly .

l  Prepare project profitability report and analysis profitability by different customers.

l  Assist on the CN management report and finance review report every month

l  In charge of latest estimated report and follow up revenue deviation with PM every week.

l  Invoice check up report following with PMs

l  Standard cost price calculation for China entity , cost price analysis and management for sourcing and resource every month

l  Assist on the budget management for China entity

l  Report integration and finance related system utilization

l  Conduct training to PMs/SDM for project financial management

l  Assist to finance management on efficiency improvement, automation process

• Other management tasks assign from finance manager

You will be working in a demanding, but also friendly and enthusiastic environment with highly motivated colleagues. You will be able to work closely with International colleagues as well as colleagues in the local NNIT China finance department.

As the work often is related to working closely with a local finance department in china with tight deadlines, some flexibility with regards to working hours around month end closing is expected.
