What you’ll do

• Roll out the full Connected portfolios world wide
• Drive LED connected as growth engine to strengthen our world 1st lighting company.
• Build a Connected ecosystem with our customers and with our partners.
• Strengthen the leader position by explore the connected potentials and technology
• Shape the roadmap and directions toward IOT world

What you’ll need

• Several years experience in product creation (from concept to mass production) and in directing (small) projects in relevant technological areas
• Experience in managing remote teams and/or foreign suppliers (Eastern Europe, Asia) will be considered as a plus.
• With knowledge and understanding of disciplines with which co-operation takes place, Specific knowledge of relevant area of application (LED Lighting systems) with plus.
• Knowledge of project management methods, you have negotiating skills, stake holder management skills, Able to perform in a dynamic environment and Strong execution and ability of driving for result
• Able to work under stress and ambiguity, you are an organizational talent and a team player
