Responsibilities：

1. Establishing EHS-related objectives and goals for the site.

2. Be a leader of maintain and update EHS policies, regulations, and processes required by

central government, municipal government and local government. Meanwhile be responsible for

communication with government authorities in charge of EHS.

3. Define internal auditing rules, processes and organize regular auditing activities to ensure a

high standard compliance with all the mandatory regulations/policies.

4. Review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment to make sure

all EHS requirements are well achieved.

5. Carry out the daily safety management of dangerous chemicals and hazardous waste and

improve their safety storage and usage.

6. Report or review findings from auditing, accident investigations, facilities inspections, or

environmental testing.

7. Identifies common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organizations operations,

and works with management team to establish guidelines/processes for protection from those

hazards.

8. Responsible for leading the Investigation of safety accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases

to determine causes and preventive measures. Complies and submits incident reports as

required by company or local government.

9. Develop regular EHS trainings for all the employees including EHS orientation for new hires or

transferred employees and Conduct relevant EHS training for vendors to follow Crane Ningjin

safety requirement and avoid accidents

10. Implement behavior based safety; develop safety culture.

11. Coordinate facility emergency response and preparedness and communicate as needed.

Qualifications 

1. College degree or above, major in safety, mechanical /electrical engineering or related field.

2. 1 year or above related working experience in manufacturing industry.

3. Good knowledge of China EHS regulations,TS16949, ISO14001 and ISO18000 etc.

4. Good English and Chinese.

5. Good communication skills and work independently under pressure.

6. Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
