Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)
Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will

 

?1. Responsible for creating Pega strategy solutions to meet business requirements, in line with Global Strategy Framework and IT Architectures
2. Work closely with the project team, Lead Solutions Architecture and relevant IT teams to support strategy development, UAT and post-delivery healthcheck in timely manner
3. Provide functional & technical guidance to junior PEGA operators to support by-sprint campaign developement, taking in charge Quality Assurance for each release
4. Cooperate with IT supports to conduct system housekeeping and running monitoring to ensure production scalable and resilient which will be used by millions of customers. Ad-hoc incident troubleshooting is required in emergency
5. Equipped with MI and data analysis knowledge and skills

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

 
1. Minimum 5 year working experiences in Data Analytics/IT department. Proven O&M experience of CRM/BPM system preferred
2. Expertise on SQL, Python/R programming
3. Successful track record of leading technology (functional) projects with aggressive timelines across the organization
4. Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) holder or proven working experience in Pega v7.x/8.x will be a plus
5. Bachelors/Masters degree in discipline like Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics from a reputed university
6. Ability to work under pressure and achieve agreed deadlines; work on multiple items concurrently where required
7. Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
