Job Descriptions:

1. Work/communicate closely with Shanghai office, and the corporate office in the USA to complete own projects align with the division goal.

2. Complete production process audit and follow through the CAPA, continuously monitor suppliers' key production parameter.

3. Collect all the suppliers, Shanghai lab testing data and complete data analysis on timely, followed by escalation plan and CAPA if incompliance.

4. Draft and review product specifications and tolerances in addition to establishing performance parameters based on end user needs and expectations.

5. Audit new supplier and support to set up quality system and interpret product specification to ensure the product quality.

6. Perform in line and finished good inspections as well as testing on glove products to ensure acceptable quality in areas such as material grade, tensile strength and leakage.

7. Solve the clients' complaint and typical quality issue.

8. Seek for the cost saving opportunity.

9. Work with suppliers and the sourcing team on the development, selection, and specification details for raw materials such as nitrile and PVC etc.

10. Ensure suppliers are clear on all our standards, processes and procedures as related to continence products.

11. Analyze and prepare technical reports。

Qualifications:

1. Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills. (must be fluently bilingual in Mandarin and English)

2. Excellent data analysis skill.

3. Strong communication skill with China, US and overseas' team members and suppliers.

4. Independently problem solving skill, and organizational skills, strong project management skill.

5. Have PVC/Nitrile glove product knowledge is preferable.

6. B.S. Degree in Engineering, Material Science or equivalent education.

7. 3+ years of experience on process control and quality control is required.

8. Proficiency of PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Email.

9. It's preferable if candidate is familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 and QS9000 etc.

10. Able to travel frequently.
