Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the role) 

Responsible for contract negotiations with sites and communication with internal legal. Work with CSM/CRA to finalize Clinical Trial agreement.

Compliance with local regulations, GCP, SOP and applicable policies.  

Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved)

Contract negotiation and communication 

 

？ Contract set-up including coordination and generation of site specific study contracts, continuous control and operational implementation.

？ Collaborate cross functionally with Legal, Compliance, Patent and Insurance and finance to negotiate Agreements and Amendments  

？ Work closely with start up team/CRAs/CSM and make seamless work transfer for trial start up process

？ Proactively negotiate with site and consolidate hospitals requirements and information.

Education:  

Degree in scientific or healthcare is preferred, or equivalent working experience 

Languages:

 Fluent English (Oral and spoken), Fluent in local language

Experience/Professional requirement:

 

？ Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical industry experience with 1+ years strong experience in clinical research/contract related work Competencies:

？ Proven ability to manage teams and complex communication locally and in the global organization.

？ Able to work in a matrix organization

？ Ability to work under pressure

？ Strong Interpersonal skills
