职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责公司市场调研、品牌推广、市场策略研究、市场推广等方面的工作；
2.结合企业宗旨、愿景、使命和经营目标等，分析企业面临的宏观、微观环境，组织制定企业的市场战略和中长期营销发展战略，并推动实施；
3.组织相关人员进行市场调研，分析判断市场形势发展的有关情况，如行业环境、客户、竞争对手、技术发展等，提交对市场整体规划的建议，为公司策略制定、产品开发、销售提供策略和信息支持；
4.制定产品宣传推广计划，并组织实施，利用各种媒体、宣传推广渠道等宣传提升公司产品品牌形象，推动公司营销目标的完成；
5.依据市场发展需要，维护开拓与政府、媒体、客户及相关企业间的积极交流与良好合作，为企业营销活动创造良好的社会环境；
6.组织对销售人员及客户进行产品知识培训、技术咨询等，与公司相关部门协调，保证信息的贯通与部门间协作的达成，维护并提高客户满意度。
岗位要求：
1.本科及本科以上学历，金融、投资、市场营销等相关产业优先；
2.有5年以上工作经验，在团队建设，提高团队专业水平等方面具有丰富的管理经验；
3.热爱金融业，性格外向，有较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；
4.对市场营销工作有较深刻认识，有较强的市场灵敏度、判断力及开拓能力。
