职责描述：
- Responsible to maintain kinds of equipment at Tianjin facility included repairing, regular maintenance & daily checking.
负责公司相关生产设备的维修、维护、日常巡视；
- Make the maintenance plan & implement.
编制设备保养计划，并执行。
- Define equipment spare parts, identify spare part category, procurement and inventory quantity.
对设备的备品备件进行定义，确定备件的品类、采购方式和库存数量。
- Conduct the improvement activities of the machine, design and implement automatic solution to improve automation level on existing production cell for better quality, productivity and safety.
进行设备改进的相关工作，设计并实施自动化方案以提升生产线的自动化水平，以达到更好的质量、生产率和安全标准。
- Provide equipment technical support for new project and new process, on procurement, commissioning and acceptance phase.
Ensure the equipment availability, reliability and safety.
对新项目和新工艺的设备采购、调试以及验收提供技术支持，确保设备的可用性、可靠性、安全性。
- To train related operators and technicians for equipment operation and maintenance.
培训相关的作业员和技术员，进行设备的日常操作和维护保养。
- Other tasks from manager.
上级主管安排的其他任务。


任职要求：
电气自动化，机械 或 机电一体化学科大专以上毕业
从事设备维护工作5年以上工作经验；
有PLC、Labview 等工控软件的使用经验；
熟练使用CAD及三维建模软件
了解液压及气动的相关原理。
英语CET 4或以上
