 岗位职责：

1、根据客户订单安排向船东订舱；

2、接收并处理船东订舱回执；

3、跟进SI/VGM/舱单等提交情况，确保船东收到相关文件；

4、与客服人员进行良好沟通，将需要处理的船东信息及时反馈客服，并进一步处理直至解决；

5、配合客服人员妥善处理客户的投诉及纠纷，办妥上级交代的其他相关工作。

 任职资格：

1、3年以上海运出口订舱平台工作经验，熟悉海运订舱操作流程优先考虑；

2、一定的英文读写能力，熟练使用Office办公软件；

3、工作态度认真积极，有良好的客户服务意识，沟通能力，能够对客户在业务上的要求耐心解答；

4、头脑灵活反应快，品行端正，细心认真，条理清楚，责任心强，善于学习新的事物；

5、工作稳定性高、愿与公司共同发展。
