We are currently looking for customer obsessed Regional Product Owners within our new Tech Hub in Shanghai at the new H&M group Business Tech organization.

H&M Business Tech is established to take the lead in changing the fashion industry completely, combining business and technology with innovation to create new business and customer value. With our Business Tech Hubs we want to create a global and collaborative network for the newly formed function and make sure that our Business Tech products are achieving desired effects in the markets and are relevant for our customers & colleagues in different parts of the world.

About the position:

As a Regional Product Owner (RPO) you will be focusing on effect realization in the markets of one or several products from the Customer Domain. The Customer Domain focuses on giving our customers the best experience in areas such as Social Shopping journey.

As a Regional Product Owner (RPO) in the Hub you represent the link between our global Business Tech product teams and the markets, brands & functions within your region. You are accountable for benefit realization, efficient roll-out and operation as well as achievement of product specific KPIs within dedicated markets.

This is one of the first roles to be recruited to our Business Tech hubs and you will therefor play an important role in setting the found ation for the future hub organization and capabilities. You will be a key contributor in building up collaboration and partnership with global, regional & local stakeholders and to guide our markets during the customer centric tech transformation and beyond.

Just like us you believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust. You are a great communicator with strong stakeholder and change management skills within an international and diverse context. You always push to develop current and new innovative customer offerings and you stay up to date with the latest techniques for product discovery and hypothesis-driven product development. You have a holistic mindset and are typically skilled in breaking down silos, enable collaboration and empower teams. Furthermore, we believe you:

? Can design, develop and deliver change programs and initiatives to maximize user adoption and effect realization from the product.

? Lead and develop high performing tech teams.

? Have a good understanding of business tech products and ability to create understanding & engagement within the markets around their business value.

? Understand global strategies and making them relevant in a local context.

? See risks and issues and how to mitigate or handle them proactively.

? Have understanding and experience of Agile product development.

? Experience from Value Proposition Definition and OKR Methodologies is an advantage

This is a fulltime position with placement in Shanghai, China. You will report to the Head of Hub for the Asia Hub. If all of this sounds like it might be your kind of thing then you should get in touch. We are looking for experience in social shopping platforms, such as wechat, PDD and exploration of new trending social channels.
