Main Responsibility Areas：

        Assist the marketing team to complete the extraction of member data and the implementation of member activities through the CRM and Social CRM systems.

        Work closely with sales, marketing, application vendor to confirm requirements, cooperate with multi department to make sure CRM activities implementation correctly and be responsible for CRM data uploading and make sure the accuracy and timely. Generate report on marketing campaign feedback.

        Design CRM admin workflow, develop user manual and training materials, providing training to local users.

        Cooperate with vendor to deliver or fetch data from BI report system for marketing and sales team.

        Focus on CRM data quality and continuously optimize for improving the operational efficiency. Utilize the available internal data sources to provide operation suggestion to assist in business improvement.

        Maintain a work with system user & vendor team to enable the flexibility for potential business needs and follow up CRM issue solving.

Role Specific Competencies：

        Expert on SQL and data analysis capabilities

        Experienced on Dynamics CRM systems operation

        Good knowledge in MS Office, in particular excel.

        Capability to use data to drive business decisions & plan optimization is preferred.

        Good communication skill and commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix business environment.

        Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
