1. Manage company shuttle and vehicle, track the relevant data to evaluate the cost- efficient level and satisfaction level 2. Manage office stationary according to business needs, ensure the timely and high quality service delivery to office 

3. As the office administrative focal contact should ensure office maintenance timely and efficiently, build up a tracking report on orders and requests from all level and manage the response speed and service level 

4. Develop and manage express service vendor to offer efficient service through an efficient cost. 

5. Support HRM to organize company meetings and events 

6. Track and review annual administrative related cost and work out the improvement proposal 

7. Manage office cleaning service and inspect from time to time to ensure the high-level office working environment 

8. Relevant report and data completion according to line manager’s request 

9. Other tasks assigned by line manager     

HR

1. Drive or organize company introduction programs for new employees in the assigned functional area; Ensure that company rules and regulations are followed at all times in these designed areas.
2. Lead of facilitate employment transaction including pre-onboarding & onboarding, new hire orientation, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion.
3. Build and maintain employees’ personal file and ensure the correct HR data, including: payroll incidences, benefit record etc., and therefore supporting the employees’ productivity, compensation, attendance.
4. Support on data and statistics related to payroll and HR dashboard.
5. Support HRM on talent acquisition area, mainly focus on middle and below level recruiting, build up effective talent pool for such level position

任职要求：

Education:

?Bachelor's or or equivalent work experience required

Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in hr or administrative area

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

·       Minimum of 3 years's relevant experience in foreign company

·       Possess strong capability on vendor management

·       Familiar with new process and service level build up

·       Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.

·       Good communication skill and good English writing and reading skill

·       Customer and market oriented. negotiation abilities and analytic skill

·       Ability to organize teams, tolerance to frustration, good personal relationships and personnel development

·       Planning skills, sense of urgency and problem solving

·       Good written English ability

Computer Skill

Expert in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) and MS Outlook
