As a Controller at DSA China you have the following tasks:

· Analyze and optimize commercial processes within the company and develop best practices and tools to facilitate operational work

· Self-dependent planning and creation of controlling systems across departments and company entities

· Develop and maintain sophisticated, MS Excel based tools for controlling, budgeting, forecasting and other commercial areas

· Tracking and analysis of cost development on project and company levels

· Maintain and further improve / expand data quality across all departments (business intelligence)

· Provide data and analyses for strategic decision making to management

· Manage and analyze the company’s sales data and create sales and revenue forecasts for the local and German management

· Track and actively follow up external payments in collaboration with project managers and sales department

· Provide analyses of overdue payments / invoices and forecast of accounts receivable to accounting and management

· Report relevant data to mother company in Germany and constantly improve existing reporting tools and systems

· Collect and edit effort bookings (*** day reports) of productive workforce and provide analyses to team leaders and management

· Keep track of all project statuses and providing overall reporting to local and German management

From a applicant we require:

· Master in business or management, preferably with focus on controlling, finance, statistics or similar

· 2 years experience in a relevant position

· Excellent abilities in MS Excel (knowledge in VBA is a plus) with high motivation and capability to permanently expand that knowledge autonomously

· Very good skills in MS PowerPoint

· Highly analytical mind and faculty of abstraction

· Strategic and structured thinking

· Quick understanding of complex processes

· Good understanding for technical products and technology-driven projects

· Excellent English in oral and written form

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different function as well as management level
