Working closely with marketing and engineering teams, you will help bring customers’next big project to live by supporting their product design and supply chain needs.

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Future Electronics, you will define the business plans, objectives and sales strategy for the branch sales team, while observing the company's SOPs and goals.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

• Performance to Budget.

• Enhance relationship at assigned accounts and local suppliers.

• Level of account penetration and coverage on assigned accounts.

• Future's Value Added Services deployed at customer.

• Coordination with Regional Sales Head, Product Marketing team, Advanced Engineering team and Global Account Managers on assigned accounts.

  What you’ll need (qualifications)

• Bachelor degree or above, engineer background and MBA education will be preferred.

• At least 8 years of professional experience of sales in semiconductor industry, with minimum 3 years of people management experience.

• Deep understanding of market trend, sale strategy and sales process management.

• Able to work on details, as well as result-oriented.

• Skilled at sales force motivation and talent development.

• Adaptable to multinational culture.

• Can-do spirit.
