Position Focus:  This role will be technical window between Lear and customer and response for wire harness BOM study and make penetration for the Lear product to customer. Meanwhile, preparing information for the product strategy development are necessary.

 

 

Job Description:

？             Establish strong customer relationships as a connection system expert to deal with customer requirement develop under Lear product priority.

？             Performing presentations and demonstrating to apply Lear available product or Lear technical solution to customer requirement.

？             Release/Update existed product or new design product into OEM library database

？             Serve as liaison in Lear internal to communicate effectively with sales or engineering department, etc.

？             Follow customer vehicle build on promotion product and solve related issues

？             Supporting marketing activities by attending workshop seminar, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

？             Ability to effectively innovate and implement.

？             Ability to negotiate effectively. Understanding of engineering. Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint.

？             Ability to work in a highly productive/constantly changing environment.

？             Self-starter, willing to learn and good at self-study good practical ability, prototype preparation.

 

Qualification:

？             Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or above.

？             Be very familiar with products knowledge of automotive terminals and connectors. Excellent knowledge of plastic/metal design and manufacture process.

？             Previous related connection systems & harness design experience is preferable

？             Be experienced with OEM library released is perfect.

？             Be familiar with validation specification (USCAR, GMW 3191, VW75174, etc.)

？             Be familiar with DFEMA & PFEMA. Excellent in QA 8D report.

？             Prefers to have 3D software skill

？             Excellent written communication skills English & Mandarin, good oral skill is preferable

？             Skillful in Word, Excel and PPT

？             Decent and polite manner.
