Role and responsibilities

· Liaise with regional sales team to develop and establish the policies and procedures, champion continuous improvement and compliance on distributor management.

· New channel partner review at Gemba and capability verification.

· Channel partner termination and replacement review.

· Support regional sales team on daily management of channel partner, including but not limited to funnel management, CP stock optimization, KPI tracking, etc.

· Drive channel partner performance review from multi-dimensions on a regular basis by coordination with Regional Sales, Customer Care, Finance, etc.

· Other ad hoc project assigned by Senior Manager.

Skills required

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in medicine or marketing with good English (reading, writing and speaking)

· Minimum 5 years’ experiences in medical equipment sales or channel management

· Good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers

· Teamwork spirit and strong self-motivation

· Computer literate and familiar with Office Software (word, excel, PPT, etc,)

· Be able to travel frequently

· Integrity, honest, logic thinking expertise
