岗位概要
Effectively lead and motivate team to deliver business results within the assigned region in a constantly changing environment. Set effective strategies, help translating strategy into actions. Gain and grow profitable business by providing supervision, coordination, coaching and development of sales team. Ensures effective and fast implementation of marketing plans in the area. Hiring, developing and coaching team members to achieve their maximum potential individually and for NHSc.
工作覆盖范围
1. Meet sales and profit target through effective strategic and tactical planning, deployment of sales recourse, target setting, customer prioritization, supervision of execution, and efficient use of resources
2. Med-term strategic planning (e.g. team development and area business planning) to meet NHSc’s strategic goals and annual performance targets
3. Motivate and energize sales team. Fosters a positive team environment. Handles difficult performance discussions. Leverages change management concepts in directing the team to achieve business and organizational goals
4. Provides in-the field coaching to each team member in accordance with KPI requirements.
5. Define clear goals and developmental plans for sales team, keep track of development, suggest appropriate ways to develop. Mentor and develop team based on Nestle Leadership Framework and Sales Competency Framework. Timely performance reviews and PDG conversations in line with Individual Competency Matrix and target achievements.
6. Sets effective goals and target for sales reps, help translating strategy into actions. Use data to help teams plan. Help on prioritizing and reallocating time
7. Ensure the compliance of sales behavior. Drive sales team to obey SOPs and meet behavioral KPIs
使您成功的要素
1. More than 5 to 8 years in sales in the field of pharmacy or nutrition, and over this period has successfully delivered on business results and the related KPIs
2. 3 to 5 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of success
3. Bachelor degree required in business or related field
