Participate in establishing marketing stratigies, set up sales targets, manage and lead local sales team to achieve the goal  expenses clo

Attend group business meetings. Be responsable for organizing local business meetings

Ragular and irregular visit key customers, investigaet  market and deal with problems timely. Regular check and analyze markeing enviroment ,objectives,plans and business activites . Suggest to completion of marketing objectives and marketing plans.

Be responsable for negotiating and signing major contract

Be resoposible for training sales engineer and on-site supvisors assessing local sales team members and dividing markieting regions

Be responsable for develop new cutomers

Working with global business develpment sales to develop global customer in local

Develop and maintain customers in designated regional customer base according to company annual plan, achieve annual sales target ?
