工作内容：

1、负责协助各项行政人事工作，包含会议安排，人事面试安排，加班订餐等；

2、协助办公用品的采购，发放及管理；

3、协助办公室公共设施、办公环境的维护及管理；

4、协助建立员工关系，组织员工的活动；

5、协助组织企业文化建设宣传工作；

6、配合上级做好其他人事行政方面的工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，硕士学历更佳，管理专业或者医药相关专业优先;欢迎大四及研二研三投递；

2、性格外向、开朗，有亲和力，有一定学识素养；

3、执行力强，主观能动性强；

4、了解办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；

5、具有良好的沟通表达能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识；

6、对人事行政工作感兴趣，期望毕业后能留任。
