岗位职责：

• Review the credit risks for any proposed new customer and supplier负责对新增客户和供应商的商业信用风险的审核；
• Monitor the credit risk of existing customers and suppliers, raise early warning and propose action plan for any notes credit risks 负责现有客户和供应商的信用风险监控和预警、以及处置措施方案的建议；
• Review balances and aging of receivables and payables monthly to identify any potential credit risks, and prepare monthly credit control analysis report负责每月对所有子公司的往来账户余额和账龄结构进行复核，识别潜在的信用风险并完成月度信用风险控制报告；
• Coordinate with sales department and obtain feedback from relevant salesman, and prepare monthly AR Settlement Analysis Report负责与销售部门进行协调，获取每月应收账款回款分析报告所需信息，并按时完成每月应收账款回款分析报告的编制；
• Review the monthly reporting package and ascertain the bad debt provision is assessed reasonably. 负责复核每月集团报表中应收款项坏账准备评估底稿，确保坏账准备已经被合理评估。
• Review the progress of purchase orders related with advance payments, assess the recoverability and propose resolution and action plan if any risk items are identified.负责复核每月集团报表中预付款项相关采购订单进展，并评估可回收性风险，如发现存在回收性风险的项目应提出解决方案； 
• Review the monthly accounts payabale balances and again to ascertain the credit term is fully utilized the payables are settled timely.负责符合每月应付账款余额表和账龄分析表，以确保供应商给予的信用期被充分利用和按时支付款项。
• Check bank-in slip with AR ledgers to assure the settlements are recorded  correctly and timely核对银行收款记录和应收账款明细账，确保收款被准确及时的入账。
• Coordinate with Legal and Sales department to take necessary legal action to chase the long aging overdue AR.  协调法务、销售部对于长期未回款客户采取必要的法律手段以获取回款。
• Maintain and support 6-S principles and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
• Other works assigned by company公司分派的其他工作

任职要求：

• College degree or the above in accounting/finance or the related; Certified Public Accountant CGA  大专以上学历，会计及财务相关专业; 具有中级会计师职称
• Fluent oral & written English is prefer 英语听说读写流利优先
• A minimum of 8 years experience in financial, including a minimum of 3 years working experience as finance supervisor at FIE 至少8年财务工作经验，包括至少3年外资企业财务主管工作经验
• Professional with PRC GAAP, tax regulations and IFRS 熟悉中国会计准则、税法及国际会计准则
• Proficient with corporate credit control 熟悉集团公司的信用风险控制流程
• Good leadership, communication skills and teamwork sprit 具备良好的领导能力，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
• Strong Financial & Planning Analysis skills 优秀的财务分析和计划的能力
• Proficient with MS office and familiar with ERP system (SAP) 熟练使用Microsoft office和ERP(SAP)软件
• Good health condition 身体健康
