职位描述
The Job
1. Support Business Development (BD) team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts by demonstrating value of cooperation with International SOS
2. Ensure that all International SOS products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by the client
3. Work with BDM to drive client communications with their customers, proactively engage clients to promote service utilizations and effectively manage clients’ expectation. Activities including periodical activities reports, service reviews, client trainings, co-marketing & promotion activities
4. Develop long-lasting, multi-layered relationships with existing customers to provide account stability, grow client trust and help to generate account extension sales
5. Liaise with internal departments involved in service delivery
The Person
1. 3 years’ sales support or client service experience in service industry, with work experience and/or exposures to marketing functions
2. Customer-oriented and able to manage clients’ expectations
3. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
4. Ability to implement plans & activities
5. Excellent Presentation skills and Interpersonal skills
6. Native Chinese and Fluent English
