AP Parts:

1. Be Responsible for daily AP accounting operation and review payment request due date to verify the supporting documents to compliance with internal policy应付账款处理及到期应付批量处理，检查付款申请资料是否符合公司政策。
2. Be Responsible for staff cash reimbursement, check and review invoices to compliancy.处理员工报销，包括所有发票的检查，票据签收和账务处理。
3. Responsible for 3 way match in ERP system and verify, analyze, investigate and resolve payable invoice discrepancies;系统应付账款的发票匹配及核销，并对差异分析及处理
4. Month end tax invoice reconciliation and input VAT invoices verification;月末增值税发票核对及进项税认证
5. To keep the AP&AR booking transaction accuracy; Review monthly accounts reconciliation确保正确及时日常往来账务处理及月末对账
6. Complete the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual statements of the head office, as well as the regular monthly financial statements and the regular monthly tax reports submitted by the tax department.总公司的月、季度、半年、年度报表的制作完成以及财务月度常规报表及税务部门常规月度税务报。
7. Any tasks assigned by the team leader;由直线领导安排的工作。
8. Responsible for invoicing, Credit control and AR aging report bad debt provision calculation发票，客户信用管理和应收账款管理，计提坏账准备
9. Take initiative for AR aging reporting and overdue tracking and control, monitor AR and debts应收账款的账龄分析表，监督及控制应收账款的逾期情况

Qualification:

1. Major in Finance related and Bachelor degree above. Above 3 years’ work experience in MNC, Manufactory accounting experience will be plus.
2. 会计等相关专业的本科学历，三年以上外资企业工作经验，工业企业财务经验优先
3. Strong Microsoft Excel and PPT skills are essential, Familiar with ERP system熟练的EXCEL 操作技能，熟练运用ERP软件
4. Proficient written and oral English熟练的英语读写和口语能力Familiar with collecting and payment issues, Knowledge with finance controlling.熟悉应收款和付款事宜，了解财务控制知识
