The Test Engineer will be based in  Zhuhai

岗位职责  Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Address design for testability (DFT) issues to Customer NPI team during NPI phase
• Mainly responsible for FCT for Electrical products
• Test yield improvement, NTF reduction.
• Test improvement, initiative, innovations and value engineering projects.
• Review customer deliverables, such as Gold units, test fixture, debug equipment, etc.
• Assure test engineers/technicians are trained to use the test equipment.
• Provide relevant testing work instruction / TQCI for each test station.
• Setup and validate test equipment and test program.
• 主要负责电子产品的功能测试
• 在NPI阶段向客户NPI团队解决可测试性（DFT）问题的设计。

• 1. 功能测试工站维护，故障分析处理，保养，调试；

  2. 功能测试异常分析和跟踪；

  3. 测试产能的提高，测试夹具和设备的优化；

  4. 停线异常的处理和改善;                                                                                                                                          

• 5. 测试配件、设备的维修和管理。

岗位要求  Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• College degree above, major in Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in test engineering in MNC company
• Fresh graduate with good English reading and writing ability is also welcome
• Good team-players and self-motivation.
• Good English in reading and writing
• Can work under pressure
• Excellent communications skills
• 大专以上学历, 工程相关专业
• 英语能力良好的应届毕业生也是欢迎的
• 3年以上测试工程师工作经验，熟悉PCBA生产流程，熟悉产品测试，功能测试
• 良好的团队合作能力，能自我激励
• 英语读写能力良好
• 工作积极主动，具备较强责任心;  优秀的沟通能力
• 优秀的抗压能力
