Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete the development of new products according to TS16949/VDA6.3 requirements to meet the demands from customer;

2. Responsible for coordinating all departments to carry out APQP work and making four-stage documents during the project development;

3. Responsible for following up the sample delivery work in OTS and PPAP stage;

4. Responsible for equipment selection, technical agreement signing, project acceptance and handover of project work;

5. Responsible for the process design and verification in the course of the product development;

6. Responsible for the cost analysis of new product in order to provide basis data in quotation;

7. Responsible for coordination in customer audit of new projects, participating in customer audit and internal audit as well as follow-up rectification and implementation;

8. Responsible for new project approval, audit, document preparation and overall project progress tracking and coordination work;

9. Responsible for the selection of tooling and cutters for new projects and operating life management;

10. Responsible for the handover of new projects in SOP stage.

Qualifications:

1. More than 3 years of process developing experience in automobile industry, with developing experience in finished worm shaft product, and project management experience preferred;

2. Familiar with APQP process knowledge and machining equipment principle knowledge;

3. Familiar with CAD, Solid works and other graphics software;

4. English: good at listening, speaking, reading and writing (can use English as working language and in TR communication with oversea engineers).
