职位描述
1. 直接对快手行政工程运营模块主管领导负责。
2. 能创造性的开展工作，不断改善和提升办公环境。
3. 负责机电设备的操作/日常运行，执行年度、月度工程工作计划。
4. 执行机电设备日常运行、维修保养和巡视检查制度。
5. 配合外包公司（总包公司及快手外委工程供应商）维护设备设施，履行保养合同，监督承包商的工作、进度和质量。
6. 制定工程安全工作制度及突发时间应急处理程序，解决物业中的各种突发事件，妥善处理善后事宜。
7. 日常工作需要有工作报告作为历史记录，可查询，可追述。
8. 检查各类工作报告，定期向项目经理递交周、月及其他维度的工程报告。
9. 协调好政府有关职能部门的关系，确保租区内部水、电、消防、技防等设备设施的正常使用。
10. 负责外部沟通协作工作，如大物业工程模块相关工作，维系好关系。
11. 跟进维修单的及时处理和解决，工作闭环。
12. 按时完成快手运营模块主管人员布置的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 胜任本岗位相关工作任务，配合完成业务部门各类需求。
2. 熟悉物业管理相关知识，了解与本专业相关的工作内容和技术要求。
3. 具有很强的操作能力和应急处理能力，有较好的工作计划性，有一定的组织、管理能力，有一定的语言和文字表达能力。
4. 熟练掌握常用办公软件。
5. 大专以上学历，连续 5 年以上本专业的物业管理工作经验，需要互联网任职经历。
6. 身体健康，无不良历史记录。
