职位描述
YOU WILL
- Perform general IT helpdesk duties and provide remote support to global users.
- Perform PC hardware & software installation, configuration and technical and network support.
- To troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Prepare the daily user report.
YOU NEED
- Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines. 1-3 years of working experience
- Experience in PC or Server hardware, software application support and network diagnostics. More experience will be considered as Technical Support position.
- Familiar with Windows, macOS.
- On-call rotation responsibilities for client support with global team (24x7)
- Good communication skills, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Good to have experience in Citrix
